Hi guys - a user from the Monzo forum posted about an issue he was having with his account - I suggested he get in touch on here as he was having issues via support. I did see his post initially but it appears to have now disappeared and so wanted to make sure it was being picked up…? It was @DanBaker that created the thread…
Thanks for the added bit of support, really appreciate it. I did make a post, but they removed it as its sensitive account information. We’re discussing in PM about it, hopefully it will get sorted soon.
