UPDATE 6/12/2019: Maintenance at the end of November was actually postponed at the last minute, after we had already alerted customers. We have now been told that this was rescheduled to this weekend.
You should already have received an in-app notification.
The good news is that it should only mean some overnight transfers may be slightly delayed, so you should not have any issues, but do get in touch if there are any excessive delays.
Our agency banking partner will be performing essential maintenance this weekend during these times:
Friday 6 December, 22:00–0:30
Saturday 7 December, 23:45–04:00
Sunday 8 December, 17:30–20:00
Any payments you make during these periods will be placed in a queue and held until the maintenance is completed, at which point they will be released. Any incoming payments will also be held and processed immediately after the maintenance period. Card transactions will work as normal.
