Locked out the app!

Looking for some advice.
I’ve not used my app for a while despite being an early adpoter!
Since then, my mobile number has changed so I obviously cannot get in to verify!

I sent an email asking for assistance… the reply I got back was to log into the app and talk via Live Chat. The whole point of emailling was because I can’t do that!!

I’ve tried calling too and just get a pre-recorded message asking to leave a message.
Not getting a good impression which is a bit disappointing :frowning:

Try calling between 10-4 today and you should get someone - there are reduced hours for the Christmas period.

Managed to get through today pretty quickly :slight_smile:
Just waiting on the number now getting updated and I should be good to go!
