My bonds are not showing in the app.
Hopefully they haven’t disappeared altogether, but it doesn’t inspire confidence…

Your bonds are safe, don’t worry. The data relating to your bonds or any live bid process is not stored locally but on the server, so there must be some delay in updating the apps with the bond information at the moment.
We’ve raised this with the tech team who will take a look.
Update: This was all fixed about an hour ago. If you have existing bonds, they should appear again and you can bid for any upcoming issuance.
We are investigating the cause but this was only the data not showing in the app temporarily. The bonds were not affected in any way.
