Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere. I have just got my access code and am awaiting my card. I would like to know the following:
- How do I receive the PIN?
- If I need to reinstall the app for any reason (malfunction or new phone), how is this done?
the PIN code is in the app. Once you have activated your card you can log in and see this (the PIN can be found under ‘Card’ details)
You can reinstall the app any time you want. However, if you change phone number you will need to contact us via your registered email so we can authenticate you and update your number - this is a key aspect of your account (you need to receive SMS messages from time to time for security).
